One of the aims of Vesuvius is constant learning and developing. That is why we have created the Knowledge Center – our school, where internal trainers will share knowledge and improve our Vesuviusan.

Each of the Company’s Employees will have the opportunity to participate in internal trainings, which will help us to develop trainers who will receive the necessary knowledge and competences so they will be able to pass on to others.

We want to reward the efforts of our future trainers to put in their work. That’s why you will be able to earn points for conducting the training that turn into rewards: cinema tickets, vouchers, development training and more.

We have now started “Train the trainer”, which will allow our trainers to transfer knowledge to the Vesuviusan from the beginning of 2019.
