From one idea to the bonding commitment of creating the team of members of different units of Skawina plant, taking a part in the Runmageddon, the extreme race at the extreme obstacle course, where there is a combination of competition and collaboration between the participants. What has driven us to participate? Just to experience mud, ice river water, swamp, rope obstacles, slopes, vertical walls, barbed wire, trenches? To challenge our courage, energy, stamina and mental resistance?

To have fun, collaborate and find out how much more satisfying it is to help out the others than to compete with them? To let us see how strong we are if working together?All reasons were good enough to try and then to become proud to reach the limits of our abilities, and then move them further… as a Team, who has experienced in such extreme conditions what does set the tone for successful teamwork. Trust, collaboration, hard work, appreciation, purpose, agility, creativity and shared mindset.
