Agnieszka Tomczak, Vesuvius CHRO, shared these and numerous other personal thoughts with us during the latest Let’s Lead! meeting in Skawina.

Agnieszka also delved into the topic of corporate values, specifying which one resonates most with her—Courage. She described courage as the capacity and willingness to express differing opinions, as well as defending decisions already made, even if they don’t entirely align with one’s own perspective.

The discussion also touched on the subject of diversity. Agnieszka emphasized how challenging yet crucial it is for her to surround herself with individuals who possess diverse backgrounds. She believes that divergent opinions lead to the generation of the best ideas and solutions.

The entire conversation revolved around the context of leadership: “Effective leaders recognize both their strengths and limitations. Success necessitates experiencing various setbacks, but it’s crucial to swiftly learn from these challenges and draw conclusions for the future.”
